Description
It is inevitable that land title disputes will arise between the United States and private parties. It will, therefore, be the purpose of this article to examine the judicial remedies presently available to such private parties and to explore the prospects and problems of statutory reform in that narrow, if somewhat neglected, cranny of the law.
