Charles Lee is the Deputy Associate Assistant Administrator for Environmental Justice at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He is one of the first leaders of the national environmental justice movement, the author of Toxic Wastes and Race in the United States, and one of the authors of EJ 2014.
