Judicature International is a monthly, online-only publication of the Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law School. It provides judges with a forum for sharing commentary, scholarship, empirical research, opinion, and other content exploring issues of common concern to judges around the world. Themes include court administration, the rule of law, transnational law, and judicial independence.
