In 1998, Duke began posting new articles from its then six print journals with access to back issues extending to 1996 or 1997. We are proud to feature nine outstanding student-run journals that publish innovative articles by law professors and legal scholars from across the country and around the world. All of our journals follow open access principles in both making the content widely available and giving authors the ability to disseminate published articles.
